Or perhaps it’s because our subscribers are able to access and source the lowest financing rates online in minutes, rather than the days or weeks it used to take them.

We have contributed to the success of over 3500 technology vendors since we launched in January 2006 with over £500 million in transactions flowing through our B2B platform.

Due to our ongoing success and growth we now have an opportunity for a Credit Analyst to participate in our ongoing success. This is a hands-on role to shape, influence, and deliver the credit infrastructure necessary to support our rapidly expanding business. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to enjoy promotion and increased responsibility as the company continues to expand.

The role reports directly to the Funding Manager and has the following responsibilities:

• Maintain funder rules and rates to ensure we are accurately reflecting funders appetites on the platform.
• Analyse all funders underwriting criteria with a view to transferring the information to the smartfundit platform.
• Interpret funder decisions and be able to appeal decisions direct to funder credit teams where necessary.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• A minimum of three years experience in the Asset Finance Industry.
• Experience of the Technology Sector (software especially) is useful but not vital.
• Knowledge of US/EMEA technology funding markets would be useful.
• Knowledge of variety of financial products, Finance Lease, Loan, HP, Op Lease, Receivables, etc.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Strong statistical & computer skills – need to be able to translate funder rules to excel + smartfundit platform.

Location: Surrey/Hampshire Borders

Salary: £25-£35k plus benefits (to include bonus, pension, equity participation plan and health cover).
