Or perhaps it’s because our subscribers are able to access and source the lowest financing rates online in minutes, rather than the days or weeks it used to take them.
We have contributed to the success of over 3500 technology vendors since we launched in January 2006 with over £500 million in transactions flowing through our B2B platform.
Due to our ongoing success and growth we now have an opportunity for a Financial Accountant to participate in our ongoing success. This is a hands-on role to shape, influence, and deliver the financial infrastructure necessary to support our rapidly expanding business. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to enjoy promotion and increased responsibility as the company continues to expand.
The role reports directly to the CFO and has the following responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions from paying suppliers to cash forecasting.
- Internal and external reports from daily and weekly reports to monthly.
- Management Accounts and statutory accounts.
- Management and improvement of Sage MMS system.
- Liaison with external auditors, insurance providers, banks and other suppliers.
- Ongoing analysis to ensure obtaining maximum value from suppliers and ad hoc analysis to inform commercial decisions.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.
- Experience of Sage preferably Sage MMS or at least Line 100.
- At least five years experience within fast growth/SME environment. Preference for owner managed businesses and/or technology start ups.
- Exceptional excel and financial modeling skills.
- Hands-on approach and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven success at working within a pressurised fast moving environment.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient at managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines.

Salary: £30-35k plus benefits (to include bonus, pension, equity participation plan and health cover)
